Whereas current educational investments tend to be driven by the needs of the “system”, Minnesota needs to rethink how education funds are being spent to ensure we are making Smart Investments SM in Minnesota’s Students.
Prioritizing new investment in our human capital – based on evidence, directed where improvement is most needed, and focused on interventions that achieve better results for less – is the smartest investment Minnesota can make.
